The Maxpower MP 10000-ALPHA is a 51.2V 205Ah LiFePO4 (Lithium Iron Phosphate) battery with 10.5kWh of energy, part of Maxpower’s Alpha Series Batteries within our broader lithium battery range. It is built for residential and commercial solar and hybrid systems, and provides stable backup power during load shedding and grid failures when paired with a compatible hybrid inverter.

It supports a charge current of 100A (6.14kW charge power) and a discharge current of 200A (10.24kW discharge power), with a peak discharge current of 210A for 1 second. The actual charge and discharge current is also limited by your inverter’s own rating. It communicates with the inverter over CAN and RS485 and shows its status through a SOC status indicator and LED indicator. You can connect up to 63 batteries in parallel for larger installations.

The battery can be installed on a floor stand or wall mount (cable and wall mount included). It weighs 93kg and measures 640 x 480 x 238mm. It charges at 0°C to 55°C and discharges at -20°C to 55°C, with an operating and storage humidity of up to 95% RH and a maximum altitude of 2000m.
